Craig M. Prather - Senior Pastor
Pastor Craig Prather has been a Christian since 1988 and has a vast history within reformed and non-denominational circles. Pastor Prather was baptized at Lord of Mercy Lutheran church in Sparks, NV at age 12 in 1988 and experienced the filling of the Holy Spirit during a recommitment to Christ in 2000.
Pastor Craig was called to the holy service of the Lord in 2013 and has served in several ministry capacities both prior, and since, including: Hospice/Hospital Chaplain, Senior Pastor at 1st Church of God, Reno, Associate Pastor/worship team musician at Victory City church in Sparks, middle and high school ministry leader at Sparks Christian Fellowship, worship leader at Lord of Mercy Lutheran church and many other ministries in the Reno/Sparks area.
Craig is currently working on his Doctoral Thesis at Denver Seminary's Doctor of Ministry Program (Emphasis in Spiritual Formation) and holds both a Master of Divinity degree and a B.A. in Biblical and Theological Studies from Multnomah University. Pastor Craig is also licensed and ordained with the IAOGI, and is a Board Certified Chaplain with ACCC/SCA. Pastor Craig teaches as an adjunct professor online for the Nevada Christian Institute, is a full-time chaplain at Rocky Mountain Health Care Services, helps out as supply clergy for Chadbourn Mission Church in Colorado Springs, and has a wife and three kids. Craig and his family currently reside in Colorado Springs, CO.
